2.1 Mama Joy’s offers personalized non-medical in-home care services to residents of Hillsborough County. Our services include, but are not limited to, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and assistance with activities of daily living.

2.2 The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality

4. Personalized Care Plans

4.1 Each client will undergo a comprehensive assessment to develop a personalized care plan tailored to their specific needs and preferences.

5. Payments and Billing

5.1 Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation. Services may be suspended or terminated if payments are not received within the agreed-upon timeframe.

5.2 The client is responsible for providing accurate billing information, and any changes to billing information should be communicated promptly to the Company.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, except in cases of emergencies.

7.2 The client is responsible for ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our team members while delivering services.

8.1 Clients and their families are expected to treat our team with respect and courtesy. Any form of verbal or physical abuse, harassment, or discrimination will result in the immediate termination of services.

9.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate services if there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, or if it is deemed necessary for the safety and well-being of our team members.
