Mama Joy or one of Mama Joy’s professional care givers will meet with you to do an assessment and discuss the care plan with you. This meeting is meant to ensure you are completely satisfied with the care your loved one will receive, and to ensure the care giver understands the needs of your loved one and the environment the care giver will be working
Do you have 24-hour care?
Yes. However, that discussion will occur during the assessment. Sometimes, while it is believed 24 hour care is needed, after discussion it is determined that 24 hour care may not be needed.
Does it matter if the my loved one will need care in our home or in an assisted living facility?
No, we provide our services in any setting.
